Personal History

Personal History Growing up on a small farm in Georgia, he learned from a small age if you wanted it fixed you fixed it yourself. He learned all about engines from his father and grandfather.

Frank's mother passed away during childbirth. His Father and Grandfather were both killed in a freak farming accident with a tractor when Frank was 17. He graduated school and entered Starfleet.

Upon Graduation he was stationed on the NCC Alamo as the Damage Control Officer. He met another Ensign, June Taylor. She worked in the communications department. They met during their official onboarding and training.

After June's communication station "broke" repeatedly Frank finally worked up the nerve to ask her out. They were married two years later.

Frank and June were both promoted to Junior Grade Lieutenants and transferred to the NCC Constitution. Frank worked his way up to the Assistant CEO, and June made Full Lieutenant and became the department head of Comms.

Tragedy struck once they transferred to the Churchill. They were both Department Heads and June was sent on an away mission with a Vulcan Ambassador to meet with the Klingon and Romulan Ambassadors. There was an assassination attempt by a rogue Romulan terrorist group and June was killed. After the funeral the Chief Medical Officer told Frank that June had been near the end of her first trimester when she was killed. June was waiting to surprise him on their anniversary.

Frank requested an immediate transfer and became the CEO aboard Deep Space 7. During his time there Frank was reprimanded multiple times for drunken disorderly conduct and conduct unbecoming an officer. He eventually joined a grief group and worked his way through healing.

Though June has been gone for several years, Frank still keeps her pictures in his quarters, but refuses to talk about her. He is married to Starfleet and it's engines are his mistress.

He became the CEO aboard the USS Hercules as she went through her Pre-commissioning. During this time Frank cross trained on Operations and Helm, so he could test and operate the ship systems aboard the new ship.

After the Hercules Frank spent a year aboard the Horizon Colony, before receiving an unexpected promotion and a ship to command.

Frank's time as Captain of the USS Pennsylvania was short lived, though some material remains classified he inadvertently led his ship into two ambushes sustaining multiple casualties, loss of life, and causing major damage to the ship. Starfleet removed Frank from command due to loss of confidence in his leadership skills. His shipmates aboard the Pennsylvania were told he was being forced into retirement, little did he know. he was being deployed into the Delta Quadrant once more, but this time as an operations officer.
