Respect & Non-Discrimination

Created by Captain Aviram Drell on Tue Aug 6th, 2019 @ 12:20am

Policy

All members of the simulation are to be treated with proper and equal respect.

Discrimination of any kind (e.g. age, ability, ethnicity, nationality, religion, marital status, socio-economic status, gender identity, sexual orientation, political affiliation) will not be tolerated.

Harassment or intimidation of any kind (e.g. abusive, foul, or threatening behavior) will not be tolerated.

Any incident of discrimination or harassment should immediately be reported to the commanding officer so that appropriate action can be taken. If you are unsure as to whether the situation qualifies, you are strongly encouraged to discuss the matter with the commanding officer.

Incidents involving the commanding officer should immediately be reported to the task force commanding officer.

All complaints will be investigated promptly. Confidentiality will be kept with the existence and nature of a complaint being disclosed only to the extent necessary so that it can be properly addressed.

Disciplinary Action

Individuals found to be in violation of this policy will be subjected to disciplinary action and removed from the simulation.

Depending on the severity of the offense, the player may be banned from the simulation. This includes access to the site itself as well as any affiliated resources (e.g. the Discord server). A report of the incident will also be submitted to the Pegasus Fleet admiralty so that similar actions may be taken if necessary.

Anyone who has been removed and banned for harassment or discrimination will not be reinstated.

Follow-Up

Questions, comments, and concerns are always welcomed and should be directed to a member of the command staff via private message or email.

Modification and enforcement of this policy is at the discretion of the commanding officer.
